Drawing on our scientific expertise and collaboration with specialist physicians, we develop patient-specific implants, surgical guides, and anatomical models. Engineering Excellence
ADD4BIO started its operations in AtaTeknokent in 2023; it designs custom-designed reconstruction plates, joint prostheses, surgical planning guides and models.
Implants/guides whose final design is determined with relevant physicians are produced from Ti6Al4V, PEEK, PLA materials with 3D Additive manufacturing devices. We carry out R&D and P&D studies with personalized anatomical modeling and finite element analysis.

Our patient-specific medical engineering process, driven by advanced technology and carried out in collaboration with specialist physicians.
Scanning and 3D Modeling
DICOM data obtained from patient CT scans are converted into precise three-dimensional anatomical models using our advanced software. Thus, the defect or damaged area is analyzed with pixel accuracy.
Design and ANSYS Analysis
Our engineers design patient-specific implants based on the model. The designs undergo structural strength and fatigue analyses using ANSYS to ensure biomechanical compatibility.
Advanced Technology Production
Approved implant designs are manufactured using state-of-the-art 3D printers and additive manufacturing. Surface roughness is optimized to maximize osseointegration.
Surgical Guide and Operation
Special cutting guides are also manufactured and delivered to the physician to support a flawless surgical procedure. This shortens operating time and achieves a "Precise Fit".

To maximize the mechanical performance and biological compatibility of our custom implant designs, we use Ansys, the world's leading engineering simulation software. With fatigue analyses and nonlinear structural analysis, we digitally prove the reliability of each design at the preclinical stage and aim for flawless results.
