About Us
ADD4BIO is a start-up company that started its operations in ATA Teknokent in October 2023 with the principle of offering innovative solutions that will improve the quality of life of all living beings. It set out with the aim of providing solutions that will increase patient health and comfort in clinical applications requiring special treatments, in the light of over 15 years of scientific research experience.
The company aims to put its expertise in developing original designs and materials into practice through patient-specific implant design and 3D manufacturing technology.
Our company designs implants, prostheses, and surgical guides that match the patient's anatomy using CT/MRI images. We use finite element analysis to determine how these products behave in the body, finalize implant designs in collaboration with the relevant physicians, and manufacture them using advanced 3D printers.

We design implants, prostheses and surgical guides that are fully compatible with the anatomical structure using CT/MRI images.

We maximize reliability by determining the in-body behavior of products in advance with finite element analysis.
3D Advanced Manufacturing
We finalize implant designs in collaboration with the relevant physicians and manufacture them using advanced 3D printers.

Graduated from Akdeniz University Mechanical Engineering Department in 1993. Continued his academic life, which started at Atatürk University in 1994, with doctoral education at the University of Bristol in the UK in 1996. Has been working as a Professor at Erzurum Technical University Mechanical Engineering Department since 2017. Working in the field of custom implant design since 2011, Dr. Kaymaz holds 1 European patent in TMJ-implant design and 3 Turkish patents in maxillofacial bone lengthening, jaw joint prosthesis and functionally graded porous fixation plate. He continues his research on custom implant design, optimization, finite element-based analyses and production of these implants in 3D printers.

Graduated from Atatürk University Mechanical Engineering Department in 2006. Completed his doctoral education at Atatürk University Mechanical Engineering Department in 2016. Has been working with the title of Assoc. Prof. Dr. at Erzurum Technical University Mechanical Engineering Department since 2023. Holds 1 Turkish Patent regarding the functionally graded porous fixation plate. He continues his research on anatomical bone modeling, custom implant design, finite element analysis, reverse engineering, metal and polymer additive manufacturing.

Has been working as a Research Assistant at Erzurum Technical University Mechanical Engineering Department since 2018. Working in the fields of custom implant design, finite element analysis, additive manufacturing and optimization since 2017, he holds 2 Turkish (national) patents regarding functionally graded porous fixation plate and mechanically effective walking orthosis.

Graduated from Erzurum Technical University Mechanical Engineering Department in 2018. Continuing his doctoral education, which he started at Erzurum Technical University in 2022. Working as a design engineer at ADD4BIO. Continues his studies as a scholar in the TUBITAK-1001 project and the ongoing TUBITAK-1004 project in the field of Porous Implant Design and Probability Based Analysis. Osman Yavuz continues his research on custom implant design, optimization, finite element-based analyses and production in 3D printers, especially porous implants.
