3D Anatomical Model Design from Patient Data
We obtain 3D solid models of hard and soft tissues in the area to be implanted from patient CT/MRI images in a way that provides maximum compatibility with the anatomical structure. Segmentation process is carried out considering different Hounsfield Unit (HU) values.
Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
We perform stress and fatigue life calculations by taking into account the forces in the literature so that the implanted area can safely meet the stresses. We provide design updates in critical regions.

Prototype Production and Design Verification
We produce the implants and anatomical structures with final designs determined in full geometric dimensions from PLA/PEEK material using 3D printers. We provide prototypes for physician evaluation before clinical application.

High-precision production and custom surgical guide design in a protected environment using metals such as Ti6Al4V, CoCrMo or polymer materials such as PEEK, PLA.
R&D Activities
