Initial Designs

3D digital designs of the custom contour correction plaques were meticulously created in accordance with the patient's anatomical requirements.

Custom Contact Surface

A custom plaque-bone contact surface was created specifically taking the defect in the corpus region into account.

Mesh Technology

Specially designed porous structure to ensure seamless tissue integration in the defect area.

Additive Manufacturing & Finishing

The plaques were manufactured using Selective Laser Melting (SLM) with medical Ti6Al4V-Eli alloy powder. They successfully passed grit 1200 polishing, a-alumina polishing, and ultrasonic washing processes.
